The Board of Directors meets as needed, posting such meetings in accordance with the Brown Act. Meetings are held at the Mendocino Community Library, 10951 William Street, Mendocino, unless otherwise noted on the meeting notice. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all meetings will be conducted via teleconference unless otherwise noted on the meeting notic.

Caspar South Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Caspar South Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
