The Caspar South Water District manages the collection, treatment and disposal of sewage for 79 parcels within the 5 subdivisions that make up the Caspar South neighborhood.
Twenty-three parcels within the boundaries of the CSWD do not receive services from the District, treating sewage on-site via septic systems. While these properties are part of the District, they do not pay annual assessments as they receive no services from the District.
Caspar South Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
